Established in 1990 by Jerry Adams and Jimmy Dortch, Achievers Home Improvements has been dedicated to bring high quality work to Northeast Louisiana.
Jerry Adams
Co-owner/Sales
Being in the construction industry since 1979, he partnered with Jimmy Dortch to incorporate Achievers in 1990. When he’s not working with customers, he’s spending time outdoors with his children and grandchildren.
Jimmy Dortch
Co-owners/sales
After partnering with Jerry Adams in the creation of Achievers in 1990, he places all of his focus on customers projects and ensuring his customers are able to enjoy their home to the fullest. Outside of work, he continues working on his home project and spending time with his family
Will Hamm
Sales
Since joining the team in 2005, he has learned he enjoys visiting with customers and working on kitchen remodels since they are tough, but the reward and smiles are worth it. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his children and wife Dara.
Brent Swanner
Sales
Brent joined our team in 2010, where he enjoys meeting new people, being creative with customer projects, and seeing the finished product and the happiness it brings. In his free time, Brent can be found with his family or at church, where he sings on the worship team.
