Do you work directly with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with insurance adjusters and assess the damage with them, and where it helps we will also work with your mortgage company. You are not left to translate between the trades, the adjuster and the lender on a house that is already damaged.
What kind of damage do you handle?
Fire damage, flood and water damage, storm damage, and termite damage. After a storm we repair roof damage, rebuild walls and replace windows; for fire or flood damage we assess the damage and carry out the repair work, or use the opportunity to upgrade while we are in there.
Do you handle water damage and mould after a leak?
Water damage, yes — we are set up to repair water damage to your home after a flood or a leak. If you suspect mould, get it assessed as early as possible, because the repair is smaller when the moisture has not spread through the structure.
